Florence Otedola, better known as DJ Cuppy, a Nigerian disc jockey, flaunted her diamond engagement ring on social media on Tuesday and shared photos from her meeting with her fiancé's family.
Cuppy can be seen in Instagram photos with her future husband, UK boxer Ryan Taylor, as well as his father and mother.
Cuppy captioned the post, saying she had now become a member of the family.
"Hi, my name is Cuppy, and I'm now a part of your family #CuppyDat," she wrote.
Cuppy proposed to her boyfriend in November, and she revealed that they met 25 days before their wedding.
Earlier in July, Femi Otedola, the daughter of a billionaire businessman, said she could afford to travel to the best places in the world, but lamented that despite how rosy her life appeared, she didn't seem to have gotten it right when it came to relationships.
She had mentioned waiting for the right person on several occasions. Cuppy expressed her excitement when her younger sister, Temi, announced her engagement.
The singer appears to have realized her dream and has yet to announce dates for their wedding.
