Big Brother Titans will debut, offering a $100,000 grand prize.

 


The much-anticipated 'Big Brother Titans' TV reality show, which will feature housemates from Nigeria and South Africa, will premiere on January 15, 2023, with the winner receiving $100,000. (over N50,000 million).


The organizer, MultiChoice Nigeria, made the announcement at a media conference in Lagos on Thursday, December 15, 2022.


The Chief Executive Officer of MultiChoice Nigeria, John Ugbe, announced the start of the show and the prize money, revealing that the BBTitans edition will run for 72 days, with the winner receiving a $100,000 cash prize.

"The 'Big Brother Titans' is a special edition of the widely popular Big Brother show," he explained. This special edition combines two TV phenomenons: BBNaija and BB Mzansi. We're bringing housemates from two massive countries, Nigeria and South Africa, together under one roof to give African entertainment audiences a show of intense drama like they've never seen before. We're warning our viewers that the biggest TV takeover will begin on January 15. It promises a lot of Nigerian and South African swag, banter, romance, and everything else in between.

"This is a meeting of the Titans, and the winner will take home a sum of $100,000 cash and other amazing prizes. Viewers on DStv and GOtv will be able to vote to keep their favorite housemates on the show, as is customary. After 72 days, the winner will be determined by viewer votes from across Africa."


The BB Titans edition will be held in South Africa and is sponsored by Flutterwave, Bamboo, and Lotto Star. This inaugural season will be co-hosted by popular BBNaija host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu and Mzansi host Lawrence Maleka.


Big Brother Titans will also be available on Showmax in the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, and 45 Sub-Saharan African countries.
