Rema's 'Calm Down' certified Gold in Italy




'Calm Down' has reached another milestone after selling 25,000 copies in Italy, earning it a Gold certification.

Rema was presented with a Gold plaque by the Federazione Industria Musicale Italiana (FIMI) after performing in an Italian show for his single 'Calm Down.'

The song was released as the lead single from Rema's debut album 'Raves & Roses' in March 2022. The single has received widespread praise from fans since its release, and it has been boosted further by a Selena Gomez remix.

'Calm Down' was certified Gold in Spain, Portugal, and the Netherlands before being certified Gold in Italy. It was awarded a Silver certification in the United Kingdom and a Diamond certification in France.

The single received widespread acclaim after debuting at number 74 on the Billboard Hot 100 and reaching the top ten on the UK singles chart.


Rema revealed after his show at Brixton Arena London that 'Calm Down' has surpassed 1 billion streams across all platforms.
