Tolani Baj, a reality TV star, has responded to critics of her new career as a disc jockey.
Tolani Baj announced on her birthday that she had decided to follow in the footsteps of DJ Cuppy and Ms. DSF and pursue a career as a disc jockey.

"What a surprise! It's my birthday, and I'm thrilled to finally tell you that I'm now a DJ, among other things. "Thank you, God, for another year," she wrote on her Instagram page in October.
While her announcement elicited mixed reactions, one comment in particular stood out: that of fellow disc jockey, DJ Barbie, who appeared to disparage the ex-Big Brother Naija housemate's new career path.
"Even Dick and Harry want to be DJ," Barbie said on Instagram a day after Baj's announcement.
Despite negative feedback from her critics, the Devil in Agabda actress has stated her intention to continue working as a DJ.
"If you think your negative comments will deter my new DJ career path, you're mistaken," she tweeted on Tuesday.
