Nicki Minaj has signed the deed to a sprawling $19.5 million Hidden Hills mansion, which she shares with Kylie Jenner, Kim Kardashian, and other A-list celebrities.
Nicki Minaj chose the same gated community in Hidden Hills, California, as the Kardashians and Jenners after years of renting mansions throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
According to the Daily Mail, the rapper is getting ready to move in with her two-year-old son, whose name has yet to be revealed, and husband Kenny Petty.
The mansion includes a detached guesthouse, cabana, and a saltwater pool, as well as eight bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and two powder rooms.
According to Dirt, the Super Bass hitmaker's new mansion has a three-car garage as well as "grassy lawns and significant landscaping for privacy." The master suite also has a private balcony overlooking the expansive backyard.
"The main house itself has pocketing glass doors that open to various patios and terraces, and the upstairs master suite offers a private balcony overlooking the backyard," the publication continues.
Nicki previously rented a mansion in Beverly Hills for $30,000 per month in 2016.
