Kanye West is nowhere to be found after the various controversies he's been embroiled in over the last few weeks. Or, at the very least, he isn't showing up for his former business manager, Thomas St. John, who has been attempting to serve him with legal documents.
American producer, rapper, and fashion designer Kanye West is facing a $4.5 million lawsuit from his former business manager.

St. John stated in court that he has been unable to locate the rapper for several weeks and is suing him for breach of contract. According to the businessman, Kanye agreed to pay him a monthly retainer, but after a "aggressive" meeting, West stopped paying him.
St. John worked as the CFO of a company Ye owned.
Before things went south between the two, they had a friendship and a good working relationship, so much so that West asked him to be the CFO of Donda, one of his businesses, for which St. John would receive a $300,000 monthly retainer.
"St. John required assurances that West would not abruptly terminate the business relationship, as well as the financial costs and risks of committing to him as a client. Mr. St. John, on the other hand, offered to settle for at least an 18-month contract "According to the lawsuit, which was unable to be served on Kim Kardashian's ex-husband.
